Washing makeup sponges is a simple task that is essential to carry out frequently. The reason is that if you do not, this utensil will end up accumulating a lot of dirt and bacteria that can damage your skin, turning it into a victim of infections or granite outbreaks. It will only take a few minutes to wash them and, in addition, you can check that after cleaning, the makeup will be much more beautiful and will also be more durable, so you will not have to invest time in retouching. In the same way you wash your brushes and brushes, it is also very important to clean makeup sponges regularly. This is the only way to prevent the residues and bacteria that accumulate to them end up happening to the skin of the face and, consequently, give rise to the appearance of impurities, irritations and infections. 

If you want to protect the health of your skin at all times and always look beautiful and perfect, ideally you should wash the makeup sponges after each use or at least after every two uses. We advise you that if the sponge came inside a protective case, keep it always in it and do not throw it away.
